Pamela founded Kunkemoeller Law Office to help companies that lack the luxury of an
in-house counsel. Companies need seasoned legal counsel and guidance, particularly when entering new markets, experiencing rapid growth or contemplating a sale. They need
someone that understands their business, but they don’t always need a full-time attorney
with a hefty price tag.

 

With over 20 years of experience, and over 15 years working as in-house counsel, Pamela offers an array of skills not often accessible to smaller companies. Combining real life experience with both a JD and an MBA, she knows law and she knows business.

 

She has served as General Counsel and SVP of HR, and has led risk, real estate and facilities maintenance departments. This diversity of experience has enabled her to bring fresh views to the table, looking at issues from multiple angles with the best interest of the company in mind.

 

She is a problem-solver, managing risk in creative ways, with the highest integrity and within the boundaries of the law. As a frequent speaker, she engages diverse audiences. As a listener, she puts herself in your shoes. Together with you, she will analyze the business drivers to achieve results.
